To protect from heat:
lightly spray from 15cm onto dry hair before using heated styling tools. As
a blow-dry: apply to towel-dried hair, blow dry and style as required. To
refresh a style: refresh a blow-dry by spraying lightly from 15cm and
re-dry as required.
